Product Availability, Shipping and Returns
Most items ship within 2 business days via Priority mail.
We will send you an e-mail message when your order has actually been shipped. Size and product availability is updated regularly, but sometimes we will be out of stock on an item for a short while. Rest assured your credit card will not be charged until we actually ship your order. We will let you know by e-mail or telephone if the product you ordered cannot be shipped promptly.
Canadian Orders: Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Canadian customers are responsible for C.O.D. Customs fees and taxes. Please allow extra time for your shipment to arrive. All prices listed for Diamond Gusset Jeans on our web site are quoted in US dollars. Your credit card company will adjust the amount you are charged according to the prevailing currency exchange rate.
We only accept orders from the USA or Canada to destinations in the USA or Canada.
Return Policy
It is our normal policy that if you are dissatisfied with an item, you may return it within 30 days, provided it is in the original condition, with the original manufacturers tags attached, and you have not washed the item. However, when multiple pairs of jeans are ordered, for the purposes of trying them on, we do not cover the expense of return shipping the unwanted items.

Redeeming Gift Certificates
When you purchase or receive a gift certificate, you are issued a unique gift certificate ID code. This is a long series of a characters which always begins with the @ symbol. An example is: @0KK99LJ0EXAMPLE9GC. To redeem your gift certificate, you must enter the entire code beginning with the @ symbol in the appropriate form field on the order review page during the checkout process. You will also be asked for your credit card information in case the total of your purchase exceeds the balance available on your gift certificate. If you only use a portion of your gift certificate balance, the remainder will continue to be held on file available for future purchases.
